有管理费吗，一般银行超过1000元存款才免管理费用。

PC Financial，不论多少钱都没有管理费。还有免费支票。不过我问过一次，好像得小孩自己会签字了才能有账户。

I opened account for my boys when they were babies (as long as you have the birth certificate and/or along w/ SIN.) I'm w/ TD bank, no service charge. They can't sign anything 'til they're 19 years old. So basically I'm their banker for now.
