应该是开局,调试,售后服务工程师.

应该是华为,或华为sub-contractor公司.华为在TELUS/BELL and Manitoba Telecom 赢了UMTS合同, 应该有很多类似的工程.

$20/h LOL, 充分体现华为文化和狼的精神, 不这么盘剥,怎么能报低价取胜? 不过市场经济,还是有很多人会去应聘的.

还有可能楼主对这工作感兴趣, 却没有UMTS的经验,收集简历好面试? 楼主的gmail和邮件名基本看出有这个苗头.

充分体现了对本地法律法规的无视啊。
只要叫Engineer就要有一定收入的，否则title里不能写Engineer。
