You can order flowers online and get them delivered to your mom, it's a surprise, she'll be thrilled. I do that for my mother-in-law, sometimes flowers and other times chocolate. she loves it. But for my mom, I usually send her a cheque, so she can buy whatever she wants, and that's what she wants anyway. It really depends on what moms want.
