请教如何做网线

我用Linksys的4端口路由器连接3个电脑和rogers cable modem，请问路由器和modem之间的网线是直通还是crossover?从路由器到电脑呢?请帮帮我这个电脑和网络外行，多谢

I need your help, my laptop is working well with Rogers cable modem, but when I tried to add a linksys router between my laptop and the cable modem, it just couldn't work, any expert who has the experience doing this, please give me some instruction, thanks!

The CAT5 Ethernet cable connecting the cable modem and the router is straight-through, and the ehternet cable between router and laptop is also straight-through, both cables are good
