Job Start Date: May 17 to 31 Aug 2010 (16 weeks)
Organization: CeBA Canada
Main Work Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the CeBA SMB development planning process.
- Establish and support a CeBA Business Development Committee.
- Prepare and monitor the CeBA development and transfer budget.
- Prepare reports on community development and community programs.
- Assist with the office operation and support CeBA projects events.
- Website design and marketing support.
- Community training workshop coordination.
- E-Journal and E-Magazine editing.
- Help CeBA bookkeeping and project accouinting
Eligible Students Application:
To be eligible to participate in CeBA Students Summer Jobs, individuals must:
* be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
* have been registered as full-time students in the previous academic year and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year;
* be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or persons to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act6; and
* be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
CeBA Students Summer Job (CSSJ) is about to create summer job opportunities for students, while supporting our organization’s local priorities and projects. We provide work experiences for students, and young immigrants coming to Canada.
