A west-end councillor says the city should have addressed serious drainage problems when they learned about it from a 2003 report that investigated flooding issues in Kanata.
The report says three geographical low points in the Glen Cairn community — Glamorgan Dr., Dundegan Dr. and Uxbridge Cres. — don’t have sufficient drainage to accommodate a one in 100-year storm.
