要是我,第一个删掉的是这个房子, 它在大马路上Goldridge Drive, 只有1500多尺, 外面没有一块砖, 里面没有地板和地砖, 还要叫价$32万.

同意楼上. 第一个(HEMLO)比起GOLDRIDGE上那个只贵$5000, 状况好得多了:

END UNIT, 楼上4个BEDROOM, 正面全砖, 一楼全硬木, 没有REAR NEIBOUGH, 门前INTERLOCK. 后院朝南. 从地税上看也更值.

It seems people can directly walk into your backyard from the park.

You can always put a fence with an exist door at your backyard. FYI Kanata Lakes is a pretty quiet and safe community. 你要是说walkley或者hunt club的话我就不建议了。

If someone want to get into your house, the fence, door, windows are totally useless. It's so easy to get in.
