A new start-up ICT company is now looking to hire a highly skilled post-secondary graduate. Graduates will work on innovative projects within the small start-up enterprise environment and may participate in research, development, marketing and commercialization of technologies.

Position for Projects:
NPI New Product Research Assistant and Marketing Support

Job Description and Responsibility
  • [FONT=&quot]Research and development of new products (in iPhone game, e-commerce website design, internet marketing, and multi-media applications)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Web design support and company products marketing and sales[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Business market analysis for a new technology-based product [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Business development related to R&D and product support activities [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Improvement of customer services, etc.
    [/FONT]
Qualifications:

· Engineering, computer, web design, graphic design and e-business technology and marketing related areas of study
· Related project experiences and former work experiences and technical skills in 3D graphic design, web application development, web page design, software programming
· Strong project management skills with customer support and marketing/sales experiences
· Strong organization and interpersonal skills and can work under minimum supervision
· Product sales and marketing experiences and skills

[FONT=&quot]This employment is to be supported by[/FONT][FONT=&quot] Youth Employment Program (YES).[/FONT][FONT=&quot] The new graduates need to meet following requirements:[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]be between 15 and 30 years old (inclusive) [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]have graduated from a post-secondary institution[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]not be in receipt of Employment Insurance benefits [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]be legally entitled to work according to relevant provincial legislation and regulations [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]be a first-time youth participant in a placement of the Career Focus Program of theYouth Employment Strategy [/FONT]
 
Graduates from Canadian college or university within 1 year will qualify to apply. Computer, software, website design, E-business, Commerce graduates are welcome to apply. Other area study graduates can also apply if you meet the basic requirement and has strong marketing and interpersonal skills and like to learn web design and e-business practice. :cool:
