To be honest, I only dealt with her once. But she really took advantage of me. I was new to Ottawa at the time and wanted to do a notary. She charged me CAD$100 + plus tax. But as I get familiar with the environment, I know the same service from other lawyers varies from $25 to $40. From then on, I never deal with her again.

I also dealt with her once last year. I just want to make a simple notary(in Chinese) and she asked for $200. Finally I got the same service from other channel only by paying $60. I will not contact her again!
