新房upgrade,大家看看这两个如果搬进去后可以请人做吗，大概多少钱？
rough-in for future bar sink in basement
additional laundry tub in basement

honey, it is upgrade not update.

Rough-in in basement is needed to upgrade. It will cost you more if u do it after
