Kanata don't have too much rental building. Many people rent apartment in Bayshore.

LZ没有指明要租House、还是租Apartment。

要是租Apartment，Kanata确实不多，而且都非常贵（跟租House的价格差不了多少）。

要是租House（包括Townhouse、Single House），Kanata还是有一些。但一般都是要求独家包租，很少有分租不同房间的。分租，一般首选Centerpointe、Meadowlands等离高校比较近的地方；独租，一般首选Kanata等环境好、学区好、生活方便的地方。我知道有位朋友正在出租位于Kanata的Townhouse，如果LZ有兴趣的话，我可以帮你问一问。
