刚刚验过房，是不是要重新再验一次啊？？？呜呜～～～～

I happened to be in the basement with the supervisor and framer to fix items on the 30 day list. We were just talking about the supporting beam, etc. We all thought a very very heavy truck just drove by, other than rumbling of the house and windows for a few seconds, that was it.

No damage through visual check. But not sure what kind of inspection we could do as home owners?

My basement floor has 2 hairy crack lines and I couldn't remember whether they was caused by the earthquake.
