"暂住证","城市绿卡"的问题

如果我们不考虑历史,不考虑文化,不考虑国情,能不能学加拿大,放弃搞国防,一切防务靠俄罗斯(俄罗斯有仅次于美国的强大的军事力量,而且也与中国有漫长的国境线),是不是对改善国内民众的生活更有利?

从"人权"的角度来说,不仅户籍制度不合理,国籍制度也不合理. 贫穷国家的人就没有过美好生活的权利? 为什么阿富汉和索马里难民不能自由进入美国等发达国家?

Agree! A handful of developed countries are taking large portion or resources. This explains why United States is not the most admired country. However, this is NOT the same case as the "hu kou" policy.

Lets say there are two families. One rich, another poor. The "hu kou" policy is like the kids in the same family don't get the fair shares. The "guo ji" policy is like the kids from the poor family cannot get food from the rich family.

Both cases are not fair. But "hu kou" policy makes me more unconfortable, I don't get jealouse to Bill Gates' kids, but I would feel unhappy if my parents sent my brother to University but let me working in the factory since age of 12.

Because they are not canadian citizens and therefore Canadian government is not responsible to maximize their benifit.

Note that the ruling Party of China claims that it represents ALL Chinese people. And therefor it SHOULD treat all chinese Citizens equally.

There is no such a country claiming it represents ALL people on the earth. And therefore, no government cares citizens of other countries.

Have you seen how United States making all kinds of excuse to strike Iraq just to get some oil?
