沒有電鍋如何煮白飯 (视频)
Perfect White Rice

中火主滾後改小火, 煮到差不多乾了, 就關掉悶一下
米心要熟, 靠的是蒸氣, 所以過程中盡量不要打開鍋蓋
如果鍋 蓋不是透明的, 看不到水乾了沒又沒經驗, 就必須多放一點水來煮
多是幾次就很會煮拉
以前我還以為煮飯跟煮麵一樣, 水滾了才把米丟下去 也不知道要蓋鍋蓋
真的不會 就買RICE COOKER(二手的約AUD5)吧, 直接放微波爐微波
但是記得使用RICER COOKER 米不要放太多,
不然就會像照片那樣炸開來~~~
老實說
那時有點吃驚...
煮了一個月伙食給懶惰2 人組LISA & VICKY 的SVEN
居然會把白飯弄成這副德性...
可見這2人很好養,
後來由我掌廚的這段旅行證 明-
他們2個真的很好養,
不管我弄得再難吃,都會跟SVEN 一樣...
吞下去就對了!!
Ingredients
Step 1
Get a nice pot with thick bottom. Add 2 cups basmati rice (or any long grain white rice), 3 cups cold water, 1 tsp butter, and 1/2 tsp salt into the pot. Use a fork to give it a stir.
Step 2
Put the pot over high heat, bring it to a simmer. Turn the heat to low.
Cover the pot. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, uncover the pot, and that will release the steam.
Cover the pot again, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
After it is done, use a fork to stir the rice.
