[FONT=FangSong_GB2312]为庆祝中加建交[/FONT][FONT=FangSong_GB2312]40周年，2010中加经济合作论坛将于10月18-19日在加拿大首都渥太华召开。本次论坛将邀请中加两国政府官员，商界领袖，著名学者和公司高管为促进两国经济合作和发展，[/FONT][FONT=FangSong_GB2312]金融[/FONT][FONT=FangSong_GB2312]合作和投资保护，企业管理和技术互补与[/FONT][FONT=FangSong_GB2312]中加两国与会者进行探讨，分享经验、并寻找发展的新机遇。同时，会议将为两国公司提供面对面商务会谈和参观加方公司的便利，为两国公司今后的合作联系打下基础。[/FONT]
[FONT=FangSong_GB2312]为了为中国在加留学生提供一次学习和实习的机会，论坛组委会决定在在校留学生和毕业一年的留学生中征召会议自愿服务人员。[/FONT]

Call for Volunteers
In conjunction with celebration of Canada and China 40th year of diplomatic relations in October, the 2010 Canada-China Business Partnership Forum is scheduled on October 18-19, in Ottawa, The forum will bring together government decision makers, business leaders and leading thinkers from both countries to promote Canada-China mutual commercial awareness, build a relationship based on respect and cooperation, increase business opportunities, bridge business cultures and provide face-to-face connection channels.
In order to provide a learn and practice opportunity, the forum organization committee calls volunteers.
Qualifications:
1. Students who are studying in University, or first year graduates from University,
2. Experience or specialization in policy, social science, international business and investment, space and high speed railway, ICT, energy and environment protection, life science,
3. experience in English, French and Chinese translation and interpreter,
4. experience in organizing conference registration and reception.
Benefits:
1. Free to meet Chinese and Canadian delegates and expand your network in Canada and China,
2. Free to attend the two days forum,
3. Free cocktail party, banquet, breakfast and lunch,
4. Priority to be selected as an interpreter in the face-to-face meeting, company visits as well as company tour. The hours will be paid by organization committee.
What to do:
1. Learn the objective and purpose of the forum, familiar the forum action plan and tasks,
2. A team to translate all documents to English, Chinese and French,
3. A team to develop web and database,
4. A team to take care of welcome Chinese delegates in Ottawa airport,
5. A team to take care of registration and reception,
6. A team to take care of logistic and services.
