请问大家一下,如果一个家庭一个月的收入有$4000.想买一个TOWNHOUSE,能向银行借多少钱来供房子呢??都需要些什么文件的呢.
 
好像说粗略计算的话,贷款是工资的5倍

现在只是租房子住,除了吃饭,电话,电视,网费就没有其它要用的费用了,4000蚊是家庭的税后收入。不知道$20W能不能贷到呢。
 
看你downpayment有多少了,税后4000,如果没有lease车的话,没sears card/信用卡/电话费欠账,没学生贷款,信用积分过800的话,15-20%down payment的话,25万应该没问题
 
lender will see your income before the tax, so $4000 after tax, means you could make 70k a yeare, you could get $400k moprtgage. don't forget you have to caculate the property tax too.
 
go to see them to do the pre-approval to see how much you can get , maybe can hold the better rate for you, i listen to the radio, today, the prime rate will go up by the end of july base on unemployee rate goes down

why not ask bank directly, anyway you will deal with bank later. ask them to do a pre-approval, then you will have basic ideas.

but if i go to different bank, everytime they will requir my credit bureau, even i don,t do anything, my scroe of the credit already deducted, any for me i perfer go to broker, let him shopping for me, then i have more options, and only cost me one time for the credit check. if something wrong, let broker deal for me. Actually that i did in the past couple time. more easy!
