I've never been to this one in Kanata. But I love GoodLife! Their membership is acceptable at all GL locations in town. I usually go to the ones in downtown and nepean, they're all awesome. equipment are good, group classes are great, facilities are convenient, free movie rentals. This is the case in all locations I've had experience.
the fee schedule is scalable. Some people can get corporate discount through their employers, like CRA etc. The discounted rate can be as low as $15 bi-weekly.
