Widow Repair Company

Can anyone recommend a window repair company? Most compaies are window installers and do not the repairing job. My windows are 6 years old but I always feel strong cold draft in winter (the vertical blinds actually move because of the draft). I would like to have them checked and maybe repaired before winter comes. Thanks.
