今天收到Enbridge寄来的账单, Final BBP adjustment for the season = $600. What's the hell? 去年没这样呀. 明天得打电话 YELL AT THEM.

I got it too. I could not understand that HST has been added based on the big amount of adjustment fee. HST just started on July first, then they adjusted the fee plus the HST.

是不是固定费用的合同？还是沿用了老房主的合同？

也不算什么合同。这就是LZ提到的BBP，每月先支付一样的费用，最后结算。这有可能就会出现LZ的大账单。

另：LZ也不用YELL，没用。建议按3楼所说的，能不能减点儿税。

Enbridge的费用是GST+PST的吧，一直都是13%，而且新的bill写HST是合理合法的

你要看你每月账单，都有详细数据，BBP多少，你实际用了多少。应该是你用的比BBP多，才会出现要你补钱。我看过几次我的账单，感觉是正确的，我这次是credit。

Are you sure about that, I got a $3xx bill too. But it states GST $18.xx plus a HST $1.xx, looks alright to me.

I apologized I was not sure the HST charged is based on total amount or portion amount in the bill before I complained. now I take back my complain, since HST are not paid for total amount and only paid for very little portion of them, it seems reasonable.

这是好事,先消费后付费,而且不收利息. 如果你觉得FINAL BILL 太高,以后BBP每月的 PAYMENT可以调高点.

还没收到final bill，不过估计也要近$600

没搞明白的是，去年每月收90刀，今年只收40刀了，去年最后的账单大概付了200刀，不知道他们的BBP是怎么算的。

我以前也选用这样的付费方式，但是很不爽。所以改为每月按实际用气量付费。
