买新房的律师及杂费, 都对不?

从MINTO买了个新房. 以下是除了购房款以外的杂费. 有相似经历的朋友看看是不是也花了这些钱?

For most builders Tarion fee is NOT included in the purchase agreement, including MINTO.

Tarion ? The fee is in your purchase agreement. I don't think you need to pay any extra.

我也注意到了，为什么我们要付Vendor's Lawyers Fee， 实在不合理，好歹TARION还保护买房者，谁能告诉我卖方VENDOR的律师帮我们干了什么？ 他们是卖方的代表，凭什么要我们为他们埋单，冤呀，咱们就自己抗了？
极不合理的收费！ 应该取缔！！ 哪个组织出面为咱们老百姓伸冤，讨回这个公道！

今天才注意到, TARION费用是 1130 (1000+TAX), 真贵啊!!!

Vendor's Lawyers Fee我也觉得付得很冤枉. 各种苛捐杂税太多了.
