- Any money you do not pay, they put it back to your lien of your house.
- Rental fee is higher. My Direct Energy is 16.95 /month, they charge 23.95.

The key point is contract term:15 years. That means you cannot change once they installed for you. I am close to that industry. "远离" is correct. But they key is contract. Not the price, because I know price all are similar=天下乌鸭一般黑, but only NATIONAL is really HEI! Information for ottawa people, let's build a good community together.

DIRECT ENERGY is also 黑 if you know the truth. 16.95?! why? there's some protection plan! Even more, once you have problem, you will meet the HEI from direct energy!
