Summer is here and it is time for our alumni annual summer picnic again! The details for this year’s gathering are as follows.
Time: Aug 28, Saturday, 11:30am to 3pm (in case it rains, be held on Aug 29, Sunday, 11:30am to 3pm)
Place: Lac Philippe in Gatineau Park (google map: [FONT="]http://maps.google.ca/maps/ms?msa=0&msid=115219803074972325399.00000112f744535353756&iwloc=00000112f748c44f453e2&gl=ca&ved=0CDsQnAUwAQ&sa=X&ei=w6QfTNuuM5aINdTtydII[/FONT])
Main activities: picnic, volleyball
Parking: about 8 dollar/vehicle
Car pool: please contact us and we will coordinate carpooling
We will prepare some basic drinks, but please don't forget to bring with you your delicious dishes. Also, please email [FONT=宋体]jtuottawa(at)yahoo.com [/FONT]to register you (and your family members) for this event.
At this point, we plan to collect $5 for each alumni family in order to cover the expense of the activities.
