In the first case, there is a mistake in English usage and a mistake in spelling :
"looking for single man marry
if you are single and honest man than mail me"
Probably people understand what you are saying but a correct way to say it is: "I am looking for a single honest man to marry. If you are one, email me at...."
The "than" should have been "then".

In the second case: "I am a single and honst man. Mial me to...." Mostly just spelling mistakes. The second sentence should have been:"email me at...."
