I do have a one bedroom of a townhouse in Centerpoint available in September, 2010. You are the only one who rents in this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse who locates in a very quite spot.

It is only 10 minute walking distance to Algonquin College and Baseline bus station. Bus number 178 one minute from the house.

I am asking for $320 + utility (gas and electricity, shared by two）。 About $50 for Summer, $60 for Winter.
