到底年收入是多少能跨入收入A的行列？

不单是看工资多少，还有工作的稳定性。银行喜欢有稳定工作的，也希望你在该公司从业时间长一些，起码要过了试用期。
工资多少是相对的，要看你需要贷款的数额是多少。银行会有自己的计算贷款比例的指标。

both, as long as you can provide info as bank required, self-employee needs 2 years NOA, notice of tax assessment! my Friend is self-employee, owner the store , his wife said, when they applied mortgage, banks asked them business financial statement!
