请教热心朋友，Vanier这个区怎么样？

想请教一下各位热心的朋友，在Montreal Road 以北， Vanier Pkwy以东，Beechwood以南这一块地方怎么样？特别是对于小孩子的成长的影响，有没有比较好的daycare和学校？这个区会不会黑人和穆斯林较多啊？
什么都不清楚，所以只能请教各位大虾了！！！！

not good for raise family, but good for long term investment, the price will go up in the near future and eventually, those bad blood will be gradually replace by good one. it is good location. close to down town, Radcliffe, but just too many bad apples there right now, it take time to clean up.

Vanier North, Vanier South以外\Aviation Parkway以东的区都还可以。

Beacon Hill North是很好的区。最近似乎没有房子卖；即便有卖的，也总得40万以上。

Rockcliffe Park & Rockcliffe-Manor Park/Rothwell Heights, Rothwell Village & Beacon Hill North均都不属于Vanier；都在Vanier区以外。

Beacon Hill North有几处房子在挂牌卖，不是很好的房子，开价都在40万上下。

I saw a house ad at Grapevine .ca #ID 28154 ,you can check on line to see,it is not bad and also that location have a lot of school for the children, and the price can be accept.

beacon Hill North 原来朋友住那里，房子质量不怎么样，漏水，电线老化等问题多，搞的很烦，找装修的被宰还操心，最后还是卖了，搬去住新房子了。
