You can ask your peadiatrician. Mine provides a phone number for the after hour clinic which is a few blocks away from the doctor. (it might depends on where your doctor is located) One thing I'm sure is that all the peadiatricians take turn to work on weekends both sat. and sun. The way mine works is that I call my peadiatrican after office hour on Friday, the answering machine would tell me which doctor is on duty for the weekend.
