有个问题请教, 卖房子的曾经口头跟我说过,在上DRYWALL 之前会有一次买主和BUILDER 一起的INSPECTION, 来检查DRYWALL下面的施工质量.

后来我总问她什么时候是这个检查,她总拖着,昨天我们到施工那里一看,DRYWALL 都上去了.

那是到底该有这么个检查吗? 还是骗我们说有?

我们对DRYWALL下面有几个施工的质量有意见的,他们现在能给我们修吗?

If they have installed drywall, I don't think they would walk through with you for pre-drywall inspection, if you have any major concerns about construction, you'd better report it to sale office, ask if they can fix it meanwhile ask why you did not get notice for pre-drywall inspection, I did not get notice for the inspection too,they give an excuse that site manager has walked through with me on other construction issues already.... Anyway it seems lot of site management issues recently in kanata.

我们当时很久以前看见他们用的一条木头上似乎生了很恶心的虫子,让他们换,没回音,后来说没关系,都可以等以后DRYWALL前那个检查跟他们当面提 ,但是周六去一看人家DRYWALL就已经上去了. 那DRYWALL后面是什么也没人知道了.

问题以后年复一年那虫子繁殖成很多虫子我们家还怎么过啊?

给SALES电话EMAIL好几个了,总说跟SITE OFFICE 联系,然后没下文了.

现在我的感觉是他们为了不给我们换那块破木头故意快快封上DRYWALL, 也不让我们检查.

I had the similar situation, some of studs were crack or decay, I summated my concerns, they did not give any feedback or fix, I had to keep follow-up with them for 6 weeks long, then site manager finally walked through with me after they put the stair on, the second day they fixed the most my concerns, but they used this excuse skip my pre-drywall inspection...
