WSI (garbage collection) spilled the paint to my car, now they want exchange insurance information,. here are my questions:

Should I pass my car insurance to them?

Do you know how the process does it go through?

If I get their insurance, I make an claimant to my car insurance, should I pay the deductible amount, such as $500 or $300?

If the car damage estimates around $500, should I need WSI to remove the paint from my car?

Please provide me advice if you had similar experience.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much, Cheung.

Normally, like hit and run, it was hard to find the information from another party. The sounds from your reply, you got another party's info, is it right?
I heard from insurance, if you are unable to find other's information such as, hit and run, the insurance would consider the fault in your side.

你不是知道是WSI干的么?他们不是也认帐交换保险信息么?

yes, WSI left a note to me let me discuss the issue with them, this is not
same as hit and run.

Yes, WSI wanted my insurance information. what I though they might want to make payment without through my insurance. I should make sure that it is harm for me through my insurance

Sounds like you were not in your car and WSI hit your car when they were working beside your car. If the note contained the WSI trust's info, you may just pass those info to your insurance company and they will deal with WSI. Since your car were already parked there (assuming you were parked in a legal spot), you should have no fault as long as you can provide the other party info. It was not hit and run as they left you a note for their contact info. Most likely, you don't need to pay deductible. You just need to pass the note you have to your indurance company and they will help you to deal with them.
