When you select your home, LOCATION and MODLE are more important than who is your builder. Builder is builder, no better or not. They are business entities running for $. All you can do is compare what will you get and how much you have to pay, then verify what you get after you pay.Good things never cheap, but expensive things not = good things.

My experience is that Richcraft is a nightmare to deal with if you are out of luck.
