My 20 month old is in the toddler's program for her first week, she is going through the integration process.
Over all, I think this place is not bad. They have separate playground for each class. One hot meal and two snacks per day. Friends who sends their kids there have good feedbacks.
As for the teachers, some of them are very kind, some of them are so so.I haven't heard anything that is really bad about the teachers.
The first month would be the toughest, I found out that they don't always pick up the crying babies, I doubt any daycare would though. They would let the baby cry for a while then pick him/her up for a short time and let them get to the ground. Once the kids pass the integration period they are much happier.
Anyone else have more thoughts/feedbacks about this place, please share.
