[问题] Is the basement bathroom rough in important?

The builder will charge $450 for it, if I want. I don't think I need it, but for the resale's sake, should I install it? Is it possible to do it when I need it? Thanks

Thanks everybody. I will have it. I didn't buy from Monto. I bought from Tamarack. They don't have it as standard. And because I bought it just before they increase the price by 4000, they don't give it to me for free. anyway, I will pay for it. Thanks again.

cost you a fortune to do it yourself. depending on how you want to finish your basement in the future, & how you plan to use it. if you have a large house, & you want to finish the basement as a recreation room plus a bed, you will need a washroom for your own conveniences, and you should have a rough-in NOW.

It's AVON 4 model. the 3000 thousand discount is in riverside south, mine is in Findlay Creek.
