My suggestion:
If you don't have problem buying your car in Toronto, and also you have friends (really good friend) who live in Toronto, buy your car there. There are a lot of promotions (and hence competitions) there, especially during Saturday.
Also, you better make up your mind what MODEL(s) and FEATURE(S) you want before you walk into any dealer, most important of all, your price range.
Dealers make most profit not selling NEW cars, but used cars and car service. (Since MRSP of any car is open secret) and volume bonus at the end of each year.
Cost of maintenance is very important. Toyota (and Honda) cars are usually very reliable and relatively cheap to maintain.
