I am unlucky this summer.
My car insurance rented a car from Enterprise while my car was repairing.
After two days at 8:30 pm, the truck driver did inspection before towed away the car. Enterprise told me there was a six inch longer scratch in the front bump of car in the following day. In the meanwhile, the driver told Enterprise that he showed me the damage before he tow away the rental car.
I believe the driver made up the story, if he found the damage before tow away why he did not put the word in the rental car document to have my signature.
Now Enterprise has filed report to the Canadian damage recovery unit and let me to pay for the cost of damage.
if there is no any word in the rental document, could it prove there is not damage from my side? How can I dispute this incident? is there any place I can file a complain about the incident?
Any help would be much appreciated.
