准备买房了，开始着手联系贷款，但是毫无经验，请村民们帮着支个招。

申请买房贷款，找银行好还是找经纪人好？

现在贷款利率是多少？贷款利率是多少就可以接受了？

找broker。他们也是找银行谈的。我的broker最后给我从TD出的贷款
