小弟想请教2个关于买房问题

我才来渥太华不到一年，有打算购买房子的计划。




1：我不是很清楚具体house codmn之间的区别，我就想30W能买到什么样的屋子，最好不要太远的那种。

2：我倘若把房子租出去了，屋子里住上4个人，算上所有的维护费用和税什么的，一个月维护房子大概需要多少花费啊？

2: if you rent the house ,not necessaryto fix every month ,and then at the end of the year may be you need to pay for the income tax.Because the rental money treat as your income.The house is you need to spend money to repair all the things but the condo is you pay condo fee the co-operation repair all the things for you .This is the different of house and condo, each one have their good point ,you choose for it .
