无线耳机通用吗？手机和GPS充电器可通用吗？

I have an INQ chat 3G cell phone, the charger is 5V 500MA in door. I have a GPS(Garmin novu 250), car charger is 5V, 1000MA, both are USB port, can I switch it? Both USB can be connected to computer, it is no problem.

another question: I want to buy a wireless bluetooth earphone for this cell phone, I found an ear phone is Motorola H700 from Ebay.com, Is it good for this cell phone?
