去年12月买的大众tiguan是否需要雪胎

if your car registered in OTTAWA, you have option to 换雪胎 or 不换雪胎. if registered in QC, you have to 换雪胎 during (15/12/2010-15/03/2011). SUV + all season tire = SUV + witer tire.
