Dual agent?

有没有人用DUAL AGENT买过房子， 应该比另外找BUYER AGENT少很多麻烦吧？

如果买卖双方都是一个agent，或许会从房价的5％内分一点等于降降价，如果买卖双方都有各自的agent，那两个agent各自分2.5％，所以基本没戏。

不知是不是真这么回事。

There is no rule said they would do that. But they would eager to deal with you since they would get double fee. sometime if the seller and buyer couldn't get the price, they would put in some money to make the deal if they would still get more than what they would get normally.
