Price of One Year Inspection

Hi there,

I am going to take one year inspection for my house (Minto, Single, 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths).

I will probably choose either Dr. Song or Phil

It will be greatly appreciated if anybody could kindly provide me the average price for the inspection.
