房顶vents

我们搬进新房3个多月。家房顶有2个mushroom vents，但我们的邻居的房子都是Maxim vents(就是高高的那种)不管是先做好的还是后做好的。我listed这个在30天的list上。Builder 看了以后纪录下来并且说: 每个房子不一样。也没说要换还是不换。

这是个大问题吗？要不要坚持要builder换掉？

如果包含在你已经付的价格内，当然要换掉。如果是需要upgrade的，而且你当初没有选，那就不好说了

我想是包含在价格内的。我们买的是urbandlae的single house，当时design centre 也没有问到这个upgrade.

合同上说：Attic ventilation according to code.但没有具体说哪种vent. 不知能否要builder换。

mushroom vents;Maxim vents...both of them follow the code. You want talk code with builder? that is not a good idea. They look/ search code soo many time to find any where they can reduce cost under the code.

Don't you "想"是包含在价格内的....After you sign contract, you have to talk with builder base on 1) code: You don't take advantage compare with builders. 2) contract and related amendement or any ( written record with signature and date)....anything were not written in you contract , drawings, appendix, amend etc.. You shall clearify them with builder and get clear response from builder via written base.You can not negotiate with builder for something miss base on you "想".
