Update: Prices have shifted around a bit. The lowest price for the SD1300 is now $119.99 for the blue model. Elsewhere, the Powershot A495 has dropped below $90.

If you're looking at the low cost Canon options, have a look at CNET.com's review for the A490 and the A495. Both, while being light on features, reportedly produce excellent photos for the price.
