有谁在用petro Canada 的手机吗？

There is special deal between 7-11 and Petro Canada. You can transfer balance only from 7-11 (I guess only for Ottawa user because 7-11 cellphone withdraw from Ottawa only). I did this about a year ago. Unless they changed the policy... Call them for detail.
