Window 7 Update 问题求教

[只在乎曾经拥有]

最近win7 老有下面的update，每次都不敢安装， 怕装完后有些跟解码的软件会有问题 （比如我的office2007就是网上下载的）。哪位IT同学帮我科普一下。谢谢
