We are building a team that will design a custom application for a software company in the telecommunications space. The duration of this opportunity will be 6-12 months and will require experienced Developers who will be able to deliver rapidly and effectively.

Intermediate and Senior Level Developers will be involved in the complete SDLC for a custom application in the telecommunications area that will incorporate VOIP. Design skills, coding, testing and integration skills will all be utilized. Team players who thrive in a fast moving environment will be best suited for this project.

Experience Required:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of C/C++ experience
- Windows programming experience
- Radio knowledge (analog)
- XML programming experience

Assets:
- Knowledge of Internet Protocols such as TCP, IP, VPN, MGCP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, SIP, RTP
- Exposure to conventional and/or trunking LMR/PMR dispatch console systems
- Telecommunication expertise, CTI, PSTN
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as ATL, COM, ASP

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of software product development experience
- Self motivated individual with strong problem solving skills
- Team player with outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with superior planning and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
