ceramatic teeth must change in 10 yr

i just come from china&i've change new ceramatic teeth(kao ci ya).before i installed in shenzhen in 2000.it's a retired shanhai no.7 hospital(xie tu lu )professor 's good job.the problem is 10 yr later accumulated too much bactiria near roots&i felt my ear&eye pain.when the dentist dr. open it,my rest tooth is black color.i don't know it's the dr.'s skill n't good or ceramatic teech's life only 10 yr.
