汽车保险renew

马上要renew车险了，因为法规变了，请教达人，在standard policy之外，推荐做哪些调整：
1. Liability Limit： standard只有200,000，是不是需要升到1million？
2. Accident Benefits (Medical, Rehabilitation and Attendant Care benefits)现在是50,000和36,000，是否有必要升到原来的100,000和72,000？

感觉第一个需要，第二个不需要。
