汽油从哪里能进到机油箱里？

到修理厂换火花塞，同时给换了机油和滤芯（我前天刚换过的），说是火花塞淹过故而汽油进了机油箱，所以要重换机油和filter. 我尻，又收了换机油的钱加税。请问有这样的必要吗？汽油如何进去的呢？
