It is half of Ottawa, and one-quarter of Toronto.
But the License Plate is more expensive, over 400 CAD.
If you have more than one car (you own two cars), the second car probably is only 150 more, but if in Ontario, it is close to your first car (that is the reason why INSuRANCE companies make a lot of money...)
If you have G2, which is NOT full license, I doubt you can change to full Quebec license. The only way is go to US, (if you have friends), you get the US license and you can change it immediately (but not the other way round! Canadian CANNOT change to US driver license).
