[FONT=宋体]中国音乐家协会会员,中国合唱联盟理事,国家声乐考官,以经验丰富、教学严谨而享有较高声誉的中国交响乐团国家一级演员。[/FONT]60[FONT=宋体]年代初,张老师自北京艺术学院(今中国中央艺术学院)毕业后,加入中央乐团(今中国国家交响乐团)合唱团,后成为首席女高音演员。在随后近[/FONT]40[FONT=宋体]年间,她曾作为独唱、领唱、合唱演员赴国内大中城市、港澳台地区及美国、加拿大、日本、新加坡等国家演出,并于[/FONT]1983[FONT=宋体]年受日中友协邀请到日本东京举办个人独唱音乐会,演唱包括《蝴蝶夫人》唱段。多年来,演唱了大量古今中外作品,多年来,除演出工作外,在声乐教学、艺术指导和合唱指挥等方面投入了大量精力,以经验丰富、教学严谨而享有较高声誉[/FONT][FONT=宋体]。[/FONT][FONT=宋体]90年代以来,张老师在中国国内多所大学和音乐学院担任合唱及声乐客座教授。[/FONT]
[FONT=宋体] 自2000年从中央乐团退休后,张教授多次旅居渥太华,并为华人社区多个合唱团体提供艺术[/FONT][FONT=宋体]指导[/FONT][FONT=宋体],随后创建“爱乐之友”俱乐部及其少儿班,旨在以教育和演出相结合的方式为华人社区和首都地区增进声乐和合唱艺术元素。她曾指挥“爱乐”合唱团在许多重要场合中演出,包括2008年庆祝北京奥运大游行、2008年四川地震赈灾义演、2008年和2009年郁金香节,并于2009年末带领该团在[/FONT][FONT="]Kailash Mital[/FONT][FONT=宋体]剧场举办首次专场音乐会。[/FONT]
[FONT="]Ms. Naiwen (Wendy) Zhang is a famous Chinese classical soprano and vocal professor. She received her musical education at the former Beijing Arts College (presently China’s Central Conservatory of Music) and began her career in early 60s as a choral member of the former China Central Orchestra (presently China National Symphony Orchestra), where she later became the lead soprano. During the subsequent four decades, she appeared as soloist or choral member with the Orchestra at prestigious concerts and music festivals in various countries and regions across the globe including Canada, the United States, Japan, Singapore, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. In 1983, she was invited by the Japan-China Friendship Society to perform a solo concert in Tokyo, Japan, including pieces of Giacomo Puccini’s Madame Butterfly. Since 90s, she has devoted more time to her duties as guest professor in vocal arts at various universities and music conservatories in China. Before she retired from the Orchestra in 2000, she has been appointed China National First-Class Actress, China National Examiner of Vocal Arts, Director of China National Choral Association (Chorus China) and Member of Chinese Musicians Association. [FONT="]Since 2000, Ms. Zhang has been visiting Ottawa regularly as an artistic consultant for various choirs of the Chinese community, and later established the AiYue (love for music) Choir of Ottawa Chinese Community (ACOCC) as well as its Children’s chorus, dedicated to promoting and building capacity for vocal and choral arts with educational and performing outreach in the community as well as the nation’s capital region. She has been conducted the AiYue Choir on various popular occasions including the 2008 Charitable Concert for Sichuan Earthquake, 2008 Parade for Beijing Olympics, 2008, 2009 Tulip Festivals, and directed the Choir in holding their first exclusive concert at the Kailash Mital Theatre in late 2009.
